In-person training

Private training. No audience.

One-on-one coaching in a private gym — no mirrors full of strangers, no waiting for a machine, no one watching you figure it out.
Serving Saint Charles, Missouri and surrounding areas. Spots are limited.

If gyms make you anxious

You're not alone in this.

That's not a you problem. That's a room problem — and we fixed the room.

Why private beats a commercial gym

A commercial gym has more equipment. This one has no audience.

Here's the honest part: a commercial gym has more machines than I do.
It also doesn't matter for the work you and I would be doing. A beginner-to-intermediate program doesn't need forty machines. It needs consistency and correct form, and both of those are easier to get when nobody is waiting behind you.
Inside the gym

You should know what you're walking into.

The address stays private until your first session is confirmed, so here is everything else — the space, the floor, and the equipment you'd actually use.

Recommended — walkthrough video
A 30–60 second phone walkthrough outperforms stills for a private space, because it proves there is nothing off-camera. Send one and it replaces the first frame above.

What a session looks like

Nothing about the first hour is designed to catch you out.

You arrive and we talk about how your week actually went — not the version you'd put on a form. Then a warm-up, long enough to feel ready. Then the working part of the session, built around where your body is today rather than where the plan said it would be. We finish with what's next and what to do between now and then.
Who this is for

Honestly, in both directions.

A good fit if

Probably not the right fit if

Johnna trains women and men — the brand speaks to women because that's who she relates to most, but everyone is welcome.
Training packages

Three ways in, starting small on purpose.

A short first block exists so your first commitment isn't a big one. That matters more than the per-session discount.
Starter block

First 4 sessions

Pricing TBC
Four private sessions, scheduled to suit you. Enough to learn the movements, see the space, and decide properly.
Most chosen

Core package

Pricing TBC
A block of sessions at a regular weekly cadence — the point at which habits start holding on their own.
Best per session

Committed package

Pricing TBC
The longest block, at the lowest per-session rate, for people who already know they're staying.

Needed before this section can go live: per-session rate, session count and duration for each tier, expected weekly cadence, and whether nutrition coaching is bundled or sold separately. Tier names above are placeholders. No fake numbers have been written in.

Johnna lost 160 pounds over three years, then spent the next three as a working trainer — up to 45 sessions a week with real clients, across a wide range of bodies and abilities. NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach. She has been the nervous beginner in the room, which is why her gym doesn't have a room to be nervous in.

How booking works

Three steps, and you'll know where you're going.

01

Send a request

A short form — your goals, any injuries, when you're free. Two minutes.

02

Quick conversation

A brief call or message exchange so we can make sure it's a good fit, answer your questions, and agree on a time.

03

You get the details

Full address, parking, what to bring and what to wear — sent once your first session is confirmed.
The gym is private, so the address is shared once we've connected. It keeps the space secure and it means every session is genuinely one-on-one.

Common questions

Before you send the form.

None. Most people who train with me started as beginners, and the first sessions are partly about teaching you the movements so the rest of it feels less foreign.

Then we start there. I've been there myself, and I've trained enough people to know that day one only has to be manageable — not impressive.

Trainers you can move in, water, and clothes you're comfortable in. Everything else is here.

Tell me in the intake form and we'll build around it — that's a normal part of programming, not an obstacle. If something needs your doctor's clearance first, get it, and I'll work with what they tell you.

Yes. The brand speaks to women because that's who I relate to most, but everyone is welcome.

Request a spot

Spots are limited — and that's the point.

A private gym means a small number of clients. If it's full, I'll tell you.
