Programs & guides

Structure, without the coaching price.

Plans you follow on your own — built by the same coach, at a fraction of the cost.
Who these are for

If the problem is "what do I do," a program solves it.

If the problem is "I stop after three weeks," coaching solves it. Both are honest answers, and they cost very different amounts.

What's inside

You should see it before you buy it.

Every program includes the full week-by-week schedule, video demonstrations of each movement, guidance on how to adjust when something feels wrong, and what to do on the days you can't face the whole session.
Nothing here is a locked preview or a PDF that turns out to be four pages of introduction.

Who wrote these

Johnna lost 160 pounds over three years, then spent the next three as a working trainer — up to 45 sessions a week with real clients. NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach. These are the same programs she uses in person, written down.

Common questions

Before you buy.

A program gives you structure. Coaching gives you structure that changes. If you'll follow a plan once you have one, buy the program — it's cheaper and it works. If plans stop fitting your life by week three, that's the thing coaching actually fixes.

Every program includes how to scale each movement down. Starting at the easiest version isn't failing the program — it is the program.
