Online coaching

Coaching built around your life — from anywhere.

Not a template. Not an app. A plan Johnna builds for you, and adjusts when your week falls apart.

You've tried doing this alone

Why hasn't this worked before?

Consistency isn't a discipline problem. It's usually an accountability problem.

What makes this different

Why pay this instead of $10 a month?

When life gets in the way

You're not paying for workouts. Workouts are free. You're paying for someone who adjusts them for you and notices when you disappear.

What you get

Exactly what you're buying.

Blocked — specifics required before launch
Check-in frequency, messaging response-time commitment, delivery platform, program length, and whether nutrition is included or an add-on. "You can message me any weekday and I answer within 24 hours" is a product; "direct access" is not.
How it works

What happens after you apply.

01

Application

A short form about your goals, your history and your week. It's how I tell whether I can genuinely help.

02

Consultation call

We talk. You ask everything you want to ask, and I'm honest if this isn't the right fit.

03

Your plan is built

Written for you, around your equipment and your real availability. Turnaround time to be confirmed.

04

Ongoing coaching

Check-ins, adjustments, form review, and someone who notices when you go quiet.
Who this is for

Honestly, in both directions.

A good fit if

Probably not the right fit if

Investment

Priced for the relationship, not the hours.

Coaching runs as a minimum initial term rather than month to month. The whole thesis is that results come from sustained consistency, and a monthly plan quietly invites quitting in week three.
Initial term

1:1 online coaching

Pricing TBC
Programming, nutrition guidance, check-ins, messaging access and form review, for an initial committed term.
Continuing

After your first term

Pricing TBC
Ongoing coaching at a continuing rate once the initial term is complete.
Blocked — pricing and term not yet defined
Needed: price, initial term length (12 weeks recommended), continuing rate, and payment schedule. Card structure above is a proposal, not a decision. No placeholder numbers have been invented.

Common questions

Before you apply.

No. I build around what you have, whether that's a full gym, a couple of dumbbells, or a floor and a pair of trainers.

Tell me what you own in the application and the plan starts there. If buying one thing would open up the programming, I'll say so — and I'll say when it isn't necessary.

Send me the dates and we plan for the trip instead of pretending it isn't happening. Travel weeks are usually shorter, simpler, and hotel-room friendly.

We work around it, and where it needs medical attention I'd rather you get that first. Programming around an injury is normal; training through one you haven't had looked at isn't.

Placeholder — pause policy to be set alongside the term length. (Answer needed.)

Then we change it. That's the actual product. If it still isn't working after we've adjusted properly, I'll tell you honestly rather than keep taking your money.

Yes. The brand speaks to women because that's who I relate to most, but everyone is welcome.

A program gives you structure. Coaching gives you structure that changes. If you want to be told exactly what to do for the next eight weeks, buy the program — it's cheaper and it works. If the problem is that plans stop fitting your life by week three, that's what coaching is for.

Applications rather than instant checkout, because I'd rather turn down a poor fit than take on a client I can't genuinely help.
