Programs & guides

Structure, without the coaching price.

Plans you follow on your own — built by the same coach, at a fraction of the cost. If the problem is "what do I do," a program solves it. If the problem is "I stop after three weeks," coaching solves it. Both are honest answers, and they cost very different amounts.

Blocked — programs and pricing not yet defined
The three above are proposals shaped to the audience, not real products. Confirm which exist or are planned, then supply for each: length, format, what's included, delivery platform, and price. No figures have been invented.

What's inside

You should see it before you buy it.

Every program includes the full week-by-week schedule, video demonstrations of each movement, guidance on how to adjust when something feels wrong, and what to do on the days you can't face the whole session.
Nothing here is a locked preview or a PDF that turns out to be four pages of introduction.
Confirm contents
This list describes what a good program should include. Johnna to confirm what each actual program contains before it's published as a promise.

The three above are proposals based on the audience's stated fears. Confirm which you actually want to write, or replace them. Each needs a real file and a cover before this section can go live.
Common questions

Before you buy.

A program gives you structure. Coaching gives you structure that changes. If you'll follow a plan once you have one, buy the program — it's cheaper and it works. If plans stop fitting your life by week three, that's the thing coaching actually fixes.

Every program includes how to scale each movement down. Starting at the easiest version isn't failing the program — it is the program.

Placeholder — confirm access terms and whether updates are included. (Answer needed.)

Placeholder — needs a real policy for digital products before launch. (Answer needed.)

Placeholder — decide whether a program purchase credits toward a first coaching term. Worth answering yes if the numbers allow. (Answer needed.)
